Our founder has close to three decades of experience focused on mergers and acquisitions, banking and investment transactions for fuel distribution and HVAC companies and understands the challenges companies face when looking to achieve scale in an increasingly consolidating market.
We bring fuel distribution and in-home services domain expertise developed from our work with hundreds of business owners and trade associations to actively support our management teams. We realize that sector consolidation and growing capital requirements present challenges. Our desire is to team with focused, forward-thinking operators to tackle these issues and the rapidly developing customer, environmental and regulatory demands impacting the sector. Our investment focus includes companies with revenues of $25 million and over and EBITDA of $2 million to $10 million. We are open to 100% buyouts as well as majority buyouts (rollover equity transactions) where founders and their families can remain in the deal and benefit from future growth. We are actively seeking new platform investments and add-on acquisitions.
